  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make curd cake with gelatin cookies without baking? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. My cottage cheese is pasty. If yours is grainy, then rub it through a sieve or punch it with a blender.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a convenient deep bowl, mix sugar with cottage cheese and sour cream. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. It is convenient to do this with a whisk.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour gelatin into a bowl and fill with cold boiled water. Give it time to swell.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Prepare the form. Mine is 24 cm by 18 cm. Cover the mold with cling film. Lay out the first row of cookies. Choose any cookies to suit your taste. You can even get some chocolate chip cookies.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Melt the gelatin. To do this, I put it in the microwave for a few seconds at 450 power. It should be warm. Add a spoonful of our cream to it, harden it and pour it into the curd cream. Stir everything well. Divide the cream into parts. Pour one part of the cream onto the cookies in the mold.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the next layer of cookies on top.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Next comes the cream again. So we should have 3 layers of cookies and 3 layers of cream. Our last cream. Cover the top with cling film. and refrigerate overnight.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

The next day, remove the curd cake with sour cream and gelatin from the refrigerator, remove the cling film, remove the cake from the mold and sprinkle chocolate on top. Or decorate differently, to your taste. Cut the dessert into portions and enjoy. Bon appetit!

To diversify the sweet menu, I prepared a curd cake with gelatin cookies without baking for children and adults. I combined the cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar and beat it with an immersion blender to a homogeneous consistency. Added gelatin to the mixture. I took two gelatin plates. Next time I cook, I will use more gelatin. The dessert held its shape, of course, but not as I would have liked. My cookies were crackers. I took a smaller form than the author’s, but I also took fewer products. The finished product turned out to have three layers of cookies and a final layer of curd, as stated. But one layer of curd cream turned out to be very large. You could make four layers of cookies. Finally, I sprinkled it with cocoa. Overall, the cheesecake turned out delicious! I didn’t make it too sweet; the cottage cheese and sour cream gave it a pleasant sourness. The children did not leave the table until they had finished everything. It’s good that I cut a piece for the adults in advance. I will make such a cake again and take this experience into account. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

Tell. Do cookies need to be dipped in milk before layering?

For some reason, all the cream was absorbed into the cookies. Even though I added gelatin. This didn’t make the cake any less creamy, but it didn’t turn out so beautiful in layers.
