    add 2-3 medium bananas (they should be slightly unripe with thick light skin, otherwise in the oven they will turn into porridge in the casserole, and we need banana cubes), cut into 1*1 cm cubes and into the casserole, mix with a spoon.

    Place the casserole dish in the oven at 180 C for 50-60 minutes, depending on the oven (the crust of the casserole should be an appetizing brown color. Bake, then cool directly in the pan.

what a delicious dessert. The ingredients are simple, any cottage cheese but not very liquid. eggs are very fresh, sour cream of any fat content. Instead of semolina, you can take a little premium flour, sifted before use. Bananas are available in all stores. Any vanilla will do, in a bag, or vanilla sticks, if you have anything at home. I'm making a similar casserole. Those who love bananas like it in the family, as it has a rich banana taste and aroma. Just pay attention: they forgot to indicate bananas in the list of ingredients, although they are in the description!
