Beat butter with sugar. Add eggs and beat again until fluffy.

Add pumpkin puree and milk and mix.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add 0.5 tsp if desired. cinnamon. Add starch. Add flour to the cream mixture and knead into a smooth dough.

Fill the cupcake molds with dough.

And bake at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes until done.
