I made escalopes with spaghetti for lunch, then decided to add sauce to them. The recipe for a creamy tomato sauce for meat helped. To use all the sauce at once, freshly prepared, I made a little of it. I cut the onion into half rings and fried it in vegetable oil. Then I added diced tomato to it. I didn’t remove the skin from it; I used to do the same when preparing dishes with tomatoes, but I couldn’t feel the skin in them. Along with the tomato, I put tomato paste and salt, I took a little paste, one teaspoon, in my opinion, this amount is enough to add tomato flavor and make the sauce bright. I replaced the cream with sour cream 20% fat. I added it after 5 minutes, kept the sauce on the fire for about a minute, stirring constantly, as it began to thicken very quickly. To make the sauce homogeneous, I crushed it in a blender. I added finely chopped garlic, put it in the prepared sauce and mixed everything. It turned out very tasty! The sauce came out thick, rich, piquant, and perfectly complemented the spaghetti with meat. My husband loves different gravies, he didn’t even have enough sauce, he liked it so much!
