Creamy pumpkin dessert with nuts, jam and cinnamon
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

First, prepare the pumpkin puree. To do this, peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces, place in a saucepan and add a little water. Simmer over low heat until softened.
STEP 2

While the pumpkin is cooking, heat the cream until hot (do not boil), this can be done in the microwave. Pour gelatin and one tablespoon of powdered sugar into the hot cream, stir well until the gelatin and powdered sugar are completely dissolved.
STEP 3

Fill the prepared bowls halfway with gelled cream and place them in a convenient container at an angle. I put it in a plastic bucket. Place the container with the bowls in the refrigerator until the cream completely hardens. It took me about one hour.
STEP 4

While the cream hardens, we prepare the puree. To do this, mash the stewed pumpkin until smooth (this can be done with a blender) and cool. Then add cinnamon and the remaining powdered sugar to the resulting pumpkin puree and mix well.
STEP 5

Take the bowls with frozen cream out of the refrigerator and carefully place a layer of jam on top of the cream. Use the amount of jam to suit your taste.
STEP 6

Gently spread the pumpkin puree on top of the jam and smooth it out.
STEP 7

Place another layer of jam on top of the pumpkin layer and finish the whole composition with nuts. The nuts can be anything you like. Dessert is ready. Bon appetit!
