Cream dessert Bird's milk on yogurt

Airy yogurt cream jelly with chocolate glaze. It has long been proven that for the good condition of bones and cartilage, it is simply necessary to consume gelling products that contain gelatin, agag-agar or pectin. Therefore, I try to prepare various desserts with gelatin more often. It is better to take fattier yogurt for dessert (from 3% and above).

I also often make desserts with gelatin, it’s both tasty and healthy. I found this recipe for Bird's Milk Cream Dessert with yogurt and, of course, I immediately prepared it. Moreover, it is fast and simple. I have homemade yogurt, I just made it fresh. Daily yogurt is tender and does not sour. I added a little less sugar to the dessert. Beat the mixture with a blender until bubbles appear. The jelly froze quickly, literally in half an hour. I melted the chocolate in a glass of hot water, first broke the chocolate and put it in a pastry bag. I randomly squeezed the chocolate on top of the jelly and decorated it with sugar snowflakes. After hardening, my daughter and I noticed that the chocolate lags behind the main mass, it turned out to be jelly and a round chocolate bar) My daughter was very amused by this, she ate almost everything herself) The dessert itself turned out to be in the form of jelly, probably the gelatin was very strong. We really enjoyed! We ate it right away) Thank you very much for the new idea for a jelly dessert!
