Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

If you don't have a special mold, you can use a baking dish and a tray!
STEP 2

Soak the gelatin in warm water.
STEP 3

Whip the cream.
STEP 4

Add cottage cheese and powder. Beat everything well with a mixer.
STEP 5

Heat the gelatin until dissolved, cool slightly, add to the curd mass, and beat.
STEP 6

Divide the mixture in half. Place half of the mass against the walls of the mold.
STEP 7

Add poppy seeds to the rest and mix. Fill in the center of the form.
STEP 8

Cover with white mixture and smooth. Leave for several hours, or better yet, in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, carefully separate from the walls with a knife and place on a plate.
STEP 9

Decorate with edible beads, berries, mint.
STEP 10

Serve by cutting into pieces.
