Remove the sticks from their packaging. The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes difficult to remove. To make the process easier, hold the chopsticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Cut the peeled sticks into cubes.

Wash the tomatoes and also cut into cubes. Pour off the juice released during slicing so that it does not soak other ingredients.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. First of all, choose tasty cheese, it can be hard or semi-hard, without milk fat substitutes.

Prepare the dressing. Pass the garlic through a press.

Add it to mayonnaise and mix well. It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier.
