STEP 1

How to bake cookies with condensed milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance. If this is not possible, then you can put the butter in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, setting the “Defrost” mode. Please note that the oil should not be overheated. It should be only slightly softened, but not hot. Sift the flour together with the baking powder. Sifting helps separate fine debris from the flour.
STEP 2

Place softened butter into the sifted flour.
STEP 3

Using your hands, rub the butter and flour into crumbs.
STEP 4

Add condensed milk to the resulting crumbs. Gently mix all ingredients. Knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous, without lumps. The dough should be soft and not sticky.
STEP 5

Form the dough into a ball, place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for half an hour. During this time, the dough will cool, become more elastic and easier to roll out. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
STEP 6

After 30 minutes, remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into two parts. This will make it more convenient to work with him. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Use cookie cutters to cut out the pieces. You can also use a regular glass.
STEP 7

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the resulting blanks on it. Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. The cookies bake quickly, so be careful not to overcook them in the oven. Bon appetit!
