Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Mix flour with powdered sugar. It’s good to add a pinch of salt to this mixture.

Add butter in portions.
STEP 3
Stir.
STEP 4
Better yet, rub it with your fingers until it becomes an oily crumb.
STEP 5
Add the yolks to the mixture.
STEP 6
Add milk.
STEP 7
Start kneading the dough.

Knead first with a spoon in a bowl, and then transfer to the table. If necessary, add more flour, but do not overdo it.

It’s good to refrigerate the dough for half an hour or overnight (the latter is ideal for breakfast cookies), or you can immediately start baking.

Roll out the dough into a layer about 5 mm thick and use a die cutter (or glass) to form cookies.
STEP 11
Transfer the cookies to parchment and bake in a preheated oven - 7 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 12
Refrigerate.
STEP 13
Serve.

It turned out simple and tasted a bit greasy. I think you could use less oil. But this is based on taste and color, of course. They prepare quickly.
