    Dough. Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.

    Grind the eggs with sugar until smooth.

    Pour in the melted butter and stir.

    Add coconut flakes and mix again.

    Mix flour and baking powder in parts.

    You should get a soft plastic dough.

    Filling. Remove pineapples from syrup and cut into pieces. Wash and dry dried cranberries.

    Place half of the dough into a silicone baking dish.

    Scatter pineapples and cranberries on top.

    Cover with remaining dough. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes. Cool the finished cake slightly, remove from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Good afternoon. I prepared it according to the recipe.. but the dough for a regular shape.. you need to prepare 2 servings... I think there is too much baking powder... I put it in, less than a teaspoon... There were no cranberries... Just with pineapple...🤫😀 recipe for collection...🤗
