I saw a new recipe for classic fish and potato salad on the website and immediately wanted to make it. Boiled carrots, potatoes and eggs. While they were cooling, I opened a jar of canned food. I had Iwashi fish in its own juice. I disassembled the fish, removed the ridges, and decided to break the flesh into large pieces. Mixed with cubes of vegetables and eggs, everything is easy and simple. I replaced the vegetable oil with fish juice, which contained just the aromatic oil. It was a discovery for me that you can make such a salad without mayonnaise! Very tasty and filling. You can simply eat it with a fresh cucumber for dinner. Thank you, the recipe is great!
