    Add cookie crumbs to the buttercream. Mix the ingredients with the same fork until completely homogeneous.

    Place cocoa powder on a plate. Make an oblong shaped cake from the dough. Roll it in cocoa on all sides and place it on parchment. In general, potatoes can have any shape - oval or round. You can make them look as much like potatoes as possible by making uneven tubers.

    Place the finished chocolate potatoes in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The butter should cool well and set, which will make the cakes firmer. They will be convenient and tastier to eat. Before serving, potatoes can be decorated with cream, chocolate, sprinkles. I made white dots out of cream that looked like potato sprouts.

I decided to make a double batch of delicious treats. I had shortbread cookies, the color was only a little dark, I wanted a white filling). But this does not affect the taste, of course). I ground it in a blender. I used quality butter, it freezes well. The soft butter was gradually mixed with a whisk with condensed milk. I used a little less condensed milk. I was guided by the thickness of the “dough”. The cakes are easy to mold and can be given any shape. I rolled it in cocoa once, but you can repeat it if you want a more “fluffy” coating. The potatoes froze perfectly in the refrigerator, and they hold their shape even at room temperature. This is a very tasty cake! Not cloying, aromatic, juicy, with the taste of chocolate!
