Chocolates with hazelnuts

STEP 1
The products we need. Liqueur is not at all necessary, decide for yourself whether to add it or not.
STEP 2
So, first we need to melt the dark chocolate, I did it in a water bath, but you can do it in the microwave, the main thing is not to overheat it.
STEP 3
Once the dark chocolate has melted, add the broken white chocolate and stir until smooth.
STEP 4
Grind 30 g of hazelnuts into crumbs.
STEP 5
Add cream, liqueur and chopped hazelnuts to the melted mixture of dark and white chocolate. Cream and liqueur should be at room temperature.
STEP 6
Mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator until hardened (about 15-20 minutes).
STEP 7
We set aside about 20 nuts from the remaining hazelnuts, they will go inside the candies, and chop the rest into crumbs with a knife. We form balls from the cooled chocolate mass, hide a nut inside each candy, roll it into a bun and roll it in chopped nuts.
STEP 8
I got 15 medium-sized candies. In general, you can leave the candies as they are, they are already very tasty, but I also decided to cover some of them with chocolate.
STEP 9
To do this, melt the milk chocolate and let it cool slightly. We cover our sweets with chocolate. Place the finished candies in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
STEP 10
These candies will serve as a wonderful gift; put the candies in a box and give to a loved one. Bon appetit!
