STEP 1

Beat the softened butter with a mixer until light. Continuing to beat the butter, add a little powdered sugar. Add an egg, beat until smooth.

After this, roll out the dough into a layer approximately 0.5 cm thick. Cut out circles (with a glass, glass or jar). Place the dough circles on a baking sheet at a certain distance from each other (1-1.5 cm). Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake shortbread cookies for 10 minutes. Cool the finished chocolate cookies.

For the filling, beat the softened butter with a mixer. Continuing to beat, gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add milk, beat buttercream until fluffy.
STEP 6

Transfer the resulting cream into a pastry bag. Make chocolate sandwich cookies with filling - coat them with cream and combine two shortbread cookies.
STEP 7
