Delicious! The whole family will love it! Nutella chocolate-nut spread is very, very tasty, as close as possible to the original. Its huge advantage is that it is clearly more useful than store-bought! And the home version also pleasantly saves the family budget, since it requires the most affordable products.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make chocolate nut butter? Prepare the ingredients. Adjust the amount of sugar and nuts in the recipe to your taste. If you like your pasta sweeter, simply increase the amount of sugar. You can also increase or decrease the amount of hazelnuts. By the way, if you don’t have hazelnuts on hand, you can use any other nuts.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Pour in milk in small portions, stirring thoroughly to avoid lumps. Place the pan on the fire and, stirring, bring its contents to a boil.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

While the mixture is heating, grind the hazelnuts in any way convenient for you, as finely as possible. I first fried the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown, and only then crushed them. This can be done with a blender, meat grinder, grater, mortar, rolling pin. It is best to grind it in a coffee grinder, but for this you need to roast the nuts.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Remove the pan with the milk mixture from the stove. And add chopped hazelnuts to it.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Also add butter in pieces. And stir the whole mass with a whisk until the oil dissolves and the mixture becomes homogeneous.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the pan back on the heat and, stirring, bring to a boil (the heat should be minimal, the mixture should only simmer slightly). Cook after boiling for another 5 minutes. The mixture should thicken slightly, resembling condensed milk in consistency.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour the chocolate hazelnut spread into a suitable container and let it cool completely. Serve homemade Nutella on a slice of fried bread, or whatever you like :) Bon appetit!

Nutella pasta is my weakness, I love it!!! But can I add crushed peanuts instead of hazelnuts? Or will the taste not be the same?
