STEP 1

How to make chocolate brownie in the microwave in a mug in 5 minutes? Prepare your food. Take high-quality, natural chocolate, either milk, dark or bitter. The richness of the dessert will depend on the choice. Mine is dark. The same applies to butter; it should, first of all, be tasty, without vegetable fats in its composition.
STEP 2

Get a bowl or container that can be placed in the microwave. Put the chocolate there, broken into pieces, add sugar. Adjust its amount according to your taste and the bitterness of the chocolate. Add oil.
STEP 3

Place the bowl of food in the microwave at maximum power for 30-45 seconds. The butter should melt. Check your microwave, the time may vary depending on the features of the device.
STEP 4

Stir the ingredients, the chocolate will quickly melt in the hot oil and the sugar will melt.
STEP 5

Beat an egg into the chocolate mixture. Stir.
STEP 6

Add the flour and whisk it in. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe, check the consistency of the dough. It should become like thick sour cream. I added another half spoon.
STEP 7

Get a microwave-safe mug. Pour the dough into it. Leave some space on top as the brownie will rise as it bakes. I have a 250ml mug.
STEP 8

Microwave the brownies on high for 1 to 3 minutes. Start with 1 minute, then increase the time depending on the doneness of the brownies. Touch it from above - the surface will become hard. But don’t overcook—the brownie inside should remain slightly moist.
STEP 9

Serve the brownies. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top. It will be delicious served warm with ice cream. Bon appetit!
