Chocolate and curd dessert
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
First, soak the gelatin in water for 20 minutes. for swelling. Heat it in a water bath, but do not bring it to a boil, mix thoroughly, completely dissolving.
STEP 2
Grind cottage cheese with sugar
STEP 3
add yogurt, I used cherry yogurt.
STEP 4
mix everything with a mixer, preferably a blender
STEP 5
Pour the dissolved gelatin in a stream and mix thoroughly with the curd mixture.
STEP 6
We divide our jelly mass into 2 parts (proportions at our discretion). Add cocoa to one, and vanillin to the other, to taste.
STEP 7
Pour the white part of the jelly into a culinary syringe. Mix the cocoa thoroughly until the color is uniform. We get chocolate jelly. We line a deep bowl with cling film and pour the chocolate mixture onto it.
STEP 8
Next comes the most interesting and most difficult part. Carefully dip the syringe with the white mass into the chocolate jelly and squeeze out small portions from the syringe. We make “peas” from white jelly in chocolate.
STEP 9
Pour the rest of the white mixture on top and put it in the refrigerator to harden for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
STEP 10
Take it out of the refrigerator, turn it over onto a plate and easily remove the film.
STEP 11
This is what our dessert looks like without film
STEP 12
Decorate the cake with chocolate chips.
STEP 13
Our white “peas” are visible in the cross-section. Everyone, come to the table, drink tea! Bon appetit!
