How to make a salad with chicken and pickled mushrooms? Prepare the products according to the list. Pre-cook the chicken or chicken breast. You can make it with smoked chicken. Choose mushrooms to your taste; you can omit pickled cucumbers if you wish. For dressing, you can use sour cream or mayonnaise with sour cream together.

Peel the garlic and chop under a press.

Peel the onion, rinse with cold water and finely chop with a knife.

Wash fresh cucumbers well and cut into strips.

Also cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.

Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces, you can leave small ones whole.

Cut the boiled chicken meat into small pieces.

Place the chopped ingredients in one bowl and add the canned green peas.
