A dish that is prepared quickly and from a minimum of ingredients. All you need is chicken liver, onion, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, pepper and salt. It only took me 3 minutes to fry the liver. I fried it for another 5 minutes with diced onions. And I stewed the chicken liver for another 15 minutes in a frying pan with mayonnaise under the lid. I added the salt along with the mayonnaise, one might say as a last resort, so as not to dry out the liver. I took red hot pepper. I took the author's advice and added a little water to the pan so that there was more gravy. At this point the cooking was completed. It turned out tender, juicy and very tasty! I prepared rice for a side dish. The liver in combination with crumbly rice “sounded” very balanced and harmonious. Thank you very much for the recipe!
