STEP 1

How to make chicken liver with mayonnaise in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Chicken liver must be thawed. To do this, remove it from the freezer in advance and leave it at room temperature.
STEP 2

Cut the chicken liver into pieces. There is no need to cut very finely. Heat a frying pan until hot, pour a little vegetable oil and place the chopped liver. Fry it for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
STEP 3

Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. Add the chopped onion to the pan with the liver. Fry the liver along with the onion for another 5 minutes. During this time, the onion will become softer.
STEP 4

Then add mayonnaise to the pan. Add some salt and spices. When adding salt, keep in mind that mayonnaise already contains salt. Mix the liver with mayonnaise. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 5

Mayonnaise and onions will add juiciness to the liver and a little gravy will appear. If you want more gravy, you can add a little water.
STEP 6
