Like any housewife and mother, I cook for my family every day. While looking through recipes, I came across an excellent dish, namely chicken legs in sour cream, baked in the oven. This is an excellent protein lunch, which is also suitable for dinner. I took chicken legs, pre-washed, dried and processed with a burner, marinated in sour cream and garlic, added a mixture of dry spices. I had exactly the ones I love most, namely sweet paprika , black pepper, coriander, garlic, dill, basil and a couple of sprigs of rosemary. which adds not only aroma, but also creates a New Year's mood. I also decided to add some cute champignons. I covered all this beauty with foil in order to reduce the cooking time and preserve the oven clean. in my gas oven, the legs, one might say, were thrilled, first for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, and then removing the foil for another 15 minutes until a beautiful caramel color. I didn’t have to call my family twice for dinner. The aroma is wonderful and the taste was very pleasing. I’m very glad that I found this recipe, thanks and congratulations to the author!
