Chicken in a steamer

STEP 1
How to make chicken in a double boiler? Prepare your food. I have 6 pieces of legs, you can use any parts of the chicken, but the legs and thighs will be the most delicious)
STEP 2
Peel the garlic. I took one clove per leg. Pass the garlic through a press.
STEP 3
In a deep bowl, combine garlic, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, Italian herbs.
STEP 4
Add olive oil. You can also use vegetable oil, but it tastes better with olive oil)) Based on 0.5 tsp. on one leg.
STEP 5
Mix everything well. The aroma will be simply amazing.
STEP 6
Rinse the legs and dry with a paper towel.
STEP 7
Place the legs into the prepared mixture, mix well, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes. But the longer the legs are in the marinade, the tastier it will be.
STEP 8
Place our marinated chicken legs into the steamer container. Also place all the remaining marinade on top of the chicken, do not throw anything away) Cook our dish for 50 minutes in a double boiler.
STEP 9
This is how the legs turned out. The aroma of garlic is stunning!
STEP 10
The finished chicken legs are very soft and flavorful! They can be eaten both hot and cold. The garlic turns out not bitter, but very tasty)
STEP 11
Serve the dish with fresh or canned vegetables. The side dish will be delicious rice and mashed potatoes.
