I found a recipe for steamed chicken that was very useful to me. Lately I have started to like steamed food, especially meat and fish. This time I cooked a small chicken breast on the bone. I made cuts on it to marinate better. For the marinade I used paprika, a mixture of herbs, chicken seasoning, a mixture of peppers, cumin and Himalayan pink salt. I put less garlic, because the seasonings are already strong). Rub this mixture generously onto the chicken breast. I poured three mugs of cold water into the multicooker bowl, installed the grill with the chicken and turned on the “steamer” mode for an hour. I checked readiness by piercing the breast with a knife. The aroma is truly stunning! Such a bright bouquet, in which garlic comes first, of course! With this cooking method, even a dry chicken breast became very juicy and tasty!
