STEP 1

How to make chicken hearts with pasta in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is better to choose pasta from durum wheat. Rinse the hearts well, cut off the fat and membranes with a knife if necessary, cut the chicken hearts themselves into small pieces. Rinse the hearts again to remove excess blood. Place them in a colander to drain all the liquid.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and cut into medium cubes.

Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater.
STEP 4

Place onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Fry the vegetables until the onions are translucent and the carrots are soft.
STEP 5

Add the prepared chicken hearts to the frying pan with the carrots and onions. Fry them first over high heat, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the chicken hearts turn slightly white. Add salt and black pepper to taste, stir. Then pour in a little water, add tomato paste, reduce the heat to medium and simmer everything for about 20 minutes, covering the pan with a lid. At the same time, pour water into the pan to cook the pasta.
STEP 6

Place a pan of water on the fire. Add a pinch of salt. When the water boils, place the pasta in it. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Place the pasta in a colander and let the water drain completely.
STEP 7

Place the pasta in the pan with the chicken hearts and vegetables. Stir everything and keep on fire for about 8 minutes
