Lightly fried the drumsticks in a frying pan, added water, simmered for about 15 minutes. Then added sugar and covered for another 10 minutes. Added soy sauce and cooked with the sauce for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Sprinkle the finished drumsticks with sesame seeds. The meat turned out tender, juicy and flavorful!
