A very interesting version of chicken. A shish kebab...a lettuce leaf...Spring, a whiff of the countryside. And how good the chicken is in a frying pan, this is all a seasonal recipe.

It says “in the oven”, but in the description it says fry it in a frying pan. There's an inconsistency, however.

I found an excellent recipe for chicken thighs, shish kebab version, and can be done in the oven and on the grill. I just took 150 ml. soy sauce, a teaspoon of honey and two cloves of garlic. Mix everything well, pour over the meat and let stand. I try to marinate the kebab for at least 3-4 hours.
