These kebabs will not leave anyone indifferent. It's simple and very tasty! I always cook these kebabs for my daughter’s friends. For some reason, children really love these kebabs. And adults do not remain indifferent. It's simple, but very tasty! Sometimes I even serve them at the holiday table.

Ingredients

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 5 hr 30 mins
STEP 1
Chicken fillet cut into medium cubes
STEP 2
Cut the onion into half rings.
STEP 3
Mix lemon, soy sauce and adjika.
STEP 4
Sprinkle chicken fillet with onions and pour marinade over it. Mix everything well. Place in the refrigerator overnight. You can marinate less. But this way the chicken will be softer and more flavorful.
STEP 5
Thread the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers, shaking them off the onion.
STEP 6
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry our skewers on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
STEP 7

It says “in the oven”, but in the description it says fry it in a frying pan. There's an inconsistency, however.

I found an excellent recipe for chicken thighs, shish kebab version, and can be done in the oven and on the grill. I just took 150 ml. soy sauce, a teaspoon of honey and two cloves of garlic. Mix everything well, pour over the meat and let stand. I try to marinate the kebab for at least 3-4 hours.
