Cherry jam with cherry gelatin
An appetizing delicacy for children and adults with a sweet tooth :). How nice it is to take ready-made jelly out of the refrigerator at any time :)

How to make cherry jam with cherry gelatin? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2
Rinse the cherries well and place in a deep bowl or pan, add water, sugar and bring to a boil. Then boil for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Dilute the gelatin with water (2 tablespoons of water) and let it swell, then add it to the jam. Next, act very quickly. Place over low heat and stir until the gelatin dissolves, but do not boil! As soon as it begins to show signs of boiling, immediately remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.
STEP 4
Collect all the foam so that the jelly does not spoil during storage.
STEP 5
Cover with sterilized lids. After cooling, the jelly is ready. It must be stored in a cool place. Ideally - in the refrigerator.

Yes, indeed, it is very important that the jam does not ferment, to get rid of all the foam, otherwise it will all go down the drain. And what is especially wonderful about the method of preparing such jam is not even the speed, but the fact that all the berries retain the maximum amount of nutrients.
