Yes, indeed, it is very important that the jam does not ferment, to get rid of all the foam, otherwise it will all go down the drain. And what is especially wonderful about the method of preparing such jam is not even the speed, but the fact that all the berries retain the maximum amount of nutrients. With a similar recipe I made very tasty strawberry jam.

Oh yeah! Strawberry jam is something amazing) What recipe do you use? And in this recipe, the quality of gelatin also plays a big role. A spoonful of bad gelatin turns everything into junk, it’s better to take a proven one.
