    Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

    Remove the sausages from packaging and cut into thin rings.

    Cut the potatoes into any medium pieces - into cubes or cubes, as you like. Pour clean cold water into a saucepan or ladle and add the chopped potatoes. Set to cook over medium heat.     At the same time, heat a frying pan over low heat. Pour vegetable oil on it for frying. Add onions and carrots. Fry them, stirring, for a couple of minutes. Then add the sausages to the vegetables. Fry everything together for about 5 minutes more.

    Remove the foam from boiling potatoes and add salt. Just keep in mind that the soup will still contain cheese, which already contains it; do not over-salt it. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, then add the roast to the soup.

    Next add the melted cheese. Cook the soup, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes more. The cheese should completely dissolve and color the soup creamy. Taste it for salt and add more salt if necessary.

Cheese soup with sausages turned out very tasty! The creamy taste and aroma of cheese adds tenderness to the soup! It's quick, easy to prepare, and the result is amazing in taste! We love similar first courses with croutons, which I prepared myself: I first cut the loaf pieces into cubes and fried them! After tasting the soup, my son said: awesome!!! The soup turned out great! Light, good for a summer lunch) Prepared according to the recipe for 4 servings. I used chicken sausages, which fit perfectly into the recipe! The soup came out not overloaded, creamy, and quite vegetable-rich. The consistency is not very thick, the spoon, as they say, stood while cooking. What is important for such a “summer” recipe is that the dish really takes half an hour to prepare. A wonderful alternative to chicken cheese soup) Thanks for the recipe!
