STEP 1
How to make a cheese appetizer with fish and chips? Prepare your food. You can take any hot smoked fish. It can be smoked bream, pike perch, red fish, squid. The cheese is suitable both hard and semi-hard. The main thing is that it is of high quality, without milk fat substitutes. In addition to olives, you can decorate the appetizer with halves of cherry tomatoes or small gherkins. Choose any mayonnaise, you can make it at home.
STEP 2
Remove bones from fish if possible. Cut it into small cubes. If you want a more homogeneous paste-like mass, you can grind the fish in a blender.
STEP 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 4
Cut the olives in half and then cut into half circles.
STEP 5
Place fish, cheese and olives in a bowl.
STEP 6
Season the mixture with mayonnaise and mix. I didn’t add salt to the filling because there is enough salt in the cheese, olives, and mayonnaise. I advise you to try your filling and decide according to your taste whether to add salt or not.
STEP 7
Place 1 tbsp on chips. l. fillings. Large chips like Pringles are best for this snack.
STEP 8
Decorate the snack according to your taste and desire. I garnished with olives and parsley. Serve it immediately to the table so that the chips do not get soggy and lose their crunchy properties. Bon appetit!
