Chakhokhbili delicious chicken stew

Wash the chicken and cut off the excess bone. We won't need it.

Tomatoes need to be peeled; to do this, I make shallow cross cuts with a sharp knife and lower them into a saucepan with boiling water for 30-40 seconds. I take it out, peel it and finely chop it into cubes.

Finely chop the garlic and cilantro.

The chicken must be fried until golden brown in a dry frying pan without a lid.

I'm starting to prepare the sauce. I take another frying pan or saucepan with high sides. Because chicken and tomatoes will give a lot of juice in the future. I add garlic, pepper, salt, hops-suneli to our mixture and mix. Simmer for another 25-30 minutes over low heat, watching the amount of liquid evaporated.

Add half of the fresh cilantro and stir. Chakhokhbili is ready! When serving, sprinkle with the remaining herbs. Bon appetit!
