I really liked this recipe for its excellent ingredients and ease of preparing the salad (on the author’s advice, I replaced the mayonnaise with unsweetened yogurt). I can offer my own version of the salad: Petiole celery - 1-2 stalks, one cucumber, boiled chicken fillet, 1 onion, mayonnaise for dressing, lemon juice, cut celery and cucumber into slices, cut chicken fillet into thin long strips. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Mix everything and season with lemon juice and mayonnaise.

A simple and delicious recipe. I cook it very often, only without celery, I have never tried celery stalks, only leaves. We cann tomatoes with them. Although they themselves have a specific taste and aroma, tomatoes are delicious. It’s probably time to try the stems with salad) I really hope that my family and I will like this innovation in our favorite salad)
