Here are all the necessary ingredients

Wash the cauliflower and remove the outer leaves.
STEP 3
Dissolve a tablespoon of salt in boiling water
STEP 4
Immerse the cabbage in salted boiling water until it completely covers it. This stage will help get rid of unwanted inhabitants, which may not be visible to the naked eye, and will remove the bitterness that may be present in the finished dish.

After 2-3 minutes, remove the cabbage from boiling water
STEP 6
Separate into inflorescences and place in a bowl for steaming
STEP 7
Place the stand in the steamer. I use my multicooker as a steamer, which completely replaces it. You use the steaming method that is familiar to you.

We will need 25 minutes in the “Steam” mode or 25 minutes on the stove in a double boiler - of course, it’s up to you to choose

While the cabbage is cooking, let's prepare a quick and tasty sauce that will complement the taste of the finished dish! Here are all the ingredients you need

Squeeze garlic into sour cream
STEP 11
Finely chop the dill
STEP 12
Add it to sour cream with garlic

Stir and voila, our sauce is ready!

In 25 minutes our cabbage is ready!

Sprinkle steamed cabbage with lemon juice, this will give it a touch of piquancy.
