    How to make Carrot and Tuna Salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. This salad can be based on any layered salad that contains carrots. I'll make a salad with canned tuna. Choose tuna in oil or in its own juice.

    Wash the potatoes and carrots and boil in boiling water for about 20 minutes until soft. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs. Cool boiled potatoes, carrots and eggs. Then peel the eggs. Peel the carrots and potatoes. Open the can of canned tuna, drain the liquid and mash the fish with a fork.

    To assemble the salad, choose a long dish. Grate the potatoes and place them in the first layer, forming the shape of a carrot. I made small sides around the edges to make it easier to lay out the tuna. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with a little mayonnaise.

    Spread a layer of tuna on top of the potatoes. Thanks to the potato sides, the oil does not drain from the tuna, but rather saturates the salad from the inside.

    Place grated eggs in the next layer. Form them into a small mound along the length of the carrots.

    Spread the final layer of grated boiled carrots, covering the salad on all sides. Press with your hands, trimming the sides.

A bright and tasty salad for any holiday table! The Carrot Salad with Canned Tuna reminded me of the Mimosa Salad. But this salad can be prepared from absolutely any product, the main thing is that it contains bright orange carrots. I used everything as in the recipe plus onions and cheese. Decorated with carrot tops, which I managed to collect from my garden the other day))
