Since childhood, the kitchen has been a place of magic for me. Memories of time spent with my grandmother at the stove fill my heart with warmth. She taught me the basics, and her recipes are our family history. My passion for cooking ignited with each new dish as I experimented with different cuisines around the world. I admire the simplicity of Italian pasta and the sophistication of Thai curries. My goal is to show that everyone can cook deliciously and with love. I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Innovation at Dublin Institute of Technology.
