STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients for the salad. I have large carrots with just the right weight, if you have smaller carrots, then take two or three to make 250 grams. Mayonnaise 50% fat. Cheese with paprika.
STEP 2

Peel the carrots in a thin layer and cut them into strips. I divided the carrots into 3 parts, then cut each of them into slices, and then cut the slices into strips. You need to cut as thin as possible. For slicing, you can also use a Korean carrot grater or a regular one, but I liked this option.
STEP 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater or pass it through a press. You can immediately take not two, but three cloves of garlic, or you can add it to taste at the end of cooking if you want to make the salad spicier.
STEP 5

Pour all the ingredients prepared for the salad into a large deep bowl: carrots, cheese and garlic, add mayonnaise. The taste of the salad will also depend on the taste of mayonnaise, so take a proven one, although it is best to make it at home.
STEP 6

Mix all the ingredients. Salad ready. Now it needs to sit for some time so that it is saturated and becomes as tasty as possible.
