Carrot porridge
A quick, easy breakfast in a smart color. You can add steamed raisins or chopped apples to the porridge. Serve hot.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 10 mins
STEP 1
Grate the carrots on a fine grater or chop in a blender. Add water, sugar.
STEP 2
Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
STEP 3
Spread the semolina over the surface and stir quickly so that there are no lumps. Cook, stirring, for another 3 minutes. At the end of cooking, add vanillin.
