I've been looking for a carrot casserole recipe for a long time. I found it several times, was going to cook it, but couldn’t find it at hand at the right time. It is very fortunate that here you have the opportunity to create your own Cookbook. You can distribute recipes into any thematic folders. Separately soups, salads, sweets. Carrots are very good for vision, and they are best absorbed not raw, but after heat treatment. so - to your health!

Today I decided to treat my daughter to this casserole for an afternoon snack. I don’t know what I did wrong, but it didn’t work out for me. The dish is tasty, but it doesn’t look much like a casserole - everything fell apart and didn’t look like a cupcake. It seems to me that 1 egg is not enough for this amount of carrots... you need at least 3-4 pieces. in the photo the casserole has a smooth surface... as if it were a liquid cake baked with at least flour and butter...((

for 6 carrots - 1 egg - clearly not enough. I also read that semolina soaked in milk is added to such casseroles - it also holds the mass together
