Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Dissolve coffee in 2 tbsp. boiling water Instant coffee can be replaced with brewed coffee, then the amount of coffee should be reduced and after brewing, strain.
STEP 2

Mix soft butter with sugar and egg until smooth
STEP 3

Add brewed coffee, sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture and knead into a soft dough. Add chopped nuts and chopped chocolate to the prepared dough. Mix everything well. Using hands dipped in water, roll into small balls and place at a distance from each other on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or a silicone mat. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 12-15 minutes. Bon appetit
