Wonderful preparation! Never before have I prepared green peas this way. Often I freeze it. I accidentally came across a recipe for canning green peas for the winter and really wanted to try it, we have more than enough green peas in our garden. The recipe is really very simple. The longest process is getting the peas out of the pea pods. But at the market I saw they sell already peeled green peas, if anyone is too lazy))) According to my calculations, from 3 half liter jars of fresh peeled peas, you get 2 half liter jars of canned green peas. Maybe it will be useful for someone) I blanched the peas according to the description in the recipe. I cooked the marinade and tried it, it was very tasty, just in moderation. I placed the peas in sterile jars, filled them with marinade and sterilized them as indicated in the recipe. The result is great, look at the photo, just like in the store and even better!!!! Simple, fast and affordable. My husband immediately said that he wanted Olivier and vinaigrette))) Thank you to the author for the excellent preparation!
