Canned soup in a slow cooker
Preparing this colorful, fishy soup doesn't require much effort. This soup can be classified as “Dachny”, and if you have a multicooker at your dacha, then it’s simply an ideal option.
It’s quite simple to prepare, and the greens add brightness and flavor to the dish.
Of course, you can do without green onions and replace them with, for example, dill or parsley. You don't have to add any greens at all. Fish soup, nutritious and healthy in itself, will warm you up on rainy days, cheer you up and give you strength.

Canned soup in a slow cooker is an excellent first course, easy to prepare and easy to prepare. I used mackerel in tomato sauce (240 g). I added a little more pearl barley than indicated in the recipe. I cooked the soup with 1 liter of water. The soup turned out very appetizing, with a rich taste, bright and beautiful. The pearl barley was perfectly cooked and soft. The potatoes were not cooked through. I really liked that the preparation does not require much active participation. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I put the potatoes along with the cereal, and the canned food ten minutes before the end of the program along with the greens.

Aren't you afraid that the potatoes will boil and the cereal will be tough?

No, in a slow cooker everything is ready at the same time, nothing gets overcooked.

Very tasty soup! I’ve never made soup with canned fish, but I was tempted when I saw such an appetizing dish in the photo. Only instead of pearl barley I put 2 tbsp. rice I added potatoes and fish to the fried vegetables at the same time. In a slow cooker, nothing really gets boiled. The broth turns out transparent. Thanks for the delicious recipe!
