I finally found an amazing recipe for canned fish salad. I was looking for a salad through the site’s search engine, which is very convenient. I had a jar of canned salmon and didn’t know how to use it. Using canned pink salmon salad as a basis, I prepared an amazingly tasty salad for a light dinner. This salad is very easy to prepare and quite quick. My eggs were boiled in advance, so cooking did not take more than 15 minutes. I mashed the canned salmon with a fork, removing large bones, just as the author of the recipe does with pink salmon. I cut the eggs into cubes and finely chopped the green onions. I mixed everything, peppered it and seasoned it with 67% mayonnaise. I did not add salt, since both the fish and the mayonnaise are quite salty. It turned out to be a very delicate salad, light and aromatic. This salad can be served just like that, or on slices of bread. I served the salad in portions and it turned out to be a good two servings. Thank you very much to the author for the great recipe!
