A cookbook is a convenient guide for any housewife. After all, now all the recipes will be at hand. I have been looking for such a version of the book for a long time. Very convenient step-by-step instructions in photographs, it would be great if they were included with all recipes. As for this recipe , the cake is just super, only I used pumpkin instead of persimmon. However, then the name would have been different

The cake is good with persimmons. When it brews, you can’t feel the persimmon, and the taste is delicate and delicate

Larisynshik, I want to make such a cake, apparently, it simply cannot be tasteless. But is it possible to somehow do without a multicooker? I don't have it...

Well, of course you can. Less time is spent in the oven at 180 degrees, but readiness should be checked with a wooden skewer. I would even hold a large cake longer so that the walls are denser, since the filling is very juicy, so that the bottom does not soften. Good luck

By the way, you don’t have to put marmalade. It's not superfluous, but it's fine without it.

Larisynshik, very interesting and tempting recipe. And it’s simple, suitable for those who are not yet pros in the kitchen. Thank you! What else besides persimmon can be used in the filling? It's just not the season for it anymore...

Any fruit will do: peaches, pears, apples, apricots. Everything will be delicious
