How to quickly and easily prepare buns from yeast dough with curd filling and raisins, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for preparing sweet curd pastries.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a fine sieve and sift four hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour into a deep bowl, then pour two teaspoons of dry instant yeast, one teaspoon of baking powder into the bowl and mix all the dry ingredients well.

Break one chicken egg into a large bowl, then pour fifty grams of sugar, a quarter of a teaspoon of salt into it, lay out forty grams of butter and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of warm milk into a common bowl and mix all ingredients until smooth.

Pour the flour into a bowl with the liquid base, then mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough.

Continue kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands for about ten to fifteen minutes until you reach the desired consistency.

To prepare the filling, separate the white of one chicken egg from the yolk and set aside the yolk for further greasing of the buns, then pour fifty grams of sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into a bowl with the egg white and mix all the ingredients together until smooth.

Place about three hundred grams of fresh cottage cheese in a common bowl and beat the cottage cheese with an immersion blender until smooth.
STEP 10

Place fifty grams of pre-washed raisins in a bowl with the prepared curd mass and mix well.
STEP 11

After time has passed, pour some premium wheat flour onto the table and lay out the dough, which you then knead.
STEP 12

Divide the dough into portions, which then roll into balls and place on the table under a towel for five minutes.
STEP 13

Knead each bun in turn until the cake is the required size, then place one tablespoon of curd filling with raisins closer to the edge of the cake, then make several cuts with a knife on the other edge.
STEP 14

Roll up the filled cakes and shape them into a roll, which you then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for fifteen to twenty minutes.
STEP 15

Brush the proofed buns with egg yolk, beaten with a little milk.
STEP 16

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy degrees and bake the buns for about twenty minutes.
STEP 17
