Bulgur is a grain made from wheat. Wheat grains are heat-treated with water, then dried (traditionally in the sun), and usually cleared of bran, after which the grains are crushed to the desired size.

lakshmi-777, you can look for bulgur in the Furshet or Velika Kishenya supermarkets. I buy there. Usually sold in small packages

Lina, I see that you are also from Ukraine, so if there is a “Furshet” or “Velika Kyshenya” in your city and you are interested in trying it, then look there. And don't be put off by the price for a small pack. Bulgur expands in volume when cooked
