    1. Cut the tomatoes into slices.2. Mash the cheese with a fork, if it is cottage cheese, add salt, squeeze the garlic through a garlic press, add chopped herbs and mix.

    3. Stir sugar and salt in water (boiling water), add vegetable oil. Add flour. Knead into a soft dough.4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

    5. Roll out half the dough into a large thin layer.
