    After 2-3 minutes, add 150 ml of boiling water. This way we will brew the dough and it will remain soft for several days.

    You should get a smooth bun like this during the kneading process; if the dough spreads a little on the bottom, you need to add a little flour, and if, on the contrary, it’s too tight, then add water.

    Peel the onion and chop finely. I also pour boiling water over the onions for 10-15 minutes, then drain the water. This removes the bitterness from the onion; you don’t have to do this if you wish. Add the onion to the minced meat, stir. Add salt and black pepper and stir again. A successful recipe for delicious whites in a bread machine with meat! I did everything according to the recipe; of course, it’s very convenient to cook in a bread machine. For my taste there is a lot of sugar, the dough is very sweet (next time I will add half as much). The minced meat was twisted by pork and beef itself. I didn’t keep the onion in boiling water, it’s juicier. The belyashi turned out soft inside with a crispy crust and juicy filling. And to hell with calories!)

A wonderful recipe for white dough. Today I kneaded the dough in a Ves elektrik bread machine on the “yeast dough” mode for 1 hour 20 minutes. I did everything according to the recipe, but did not add boiling water, because... In my bread machine you add the liquid ingredients first. After the beep, I left the dough in the bread maker for about 20 minutes without opening the lid. It rose a little more. Then I cut up and fried this delicious thing. Belyashi is very soft, with a crispy crust. The dough does not absorb excess fat. A family of 4 adults devoured, I want to say, a rather large portion in 3 hours, drinking more than one cup of tea and coffee. From this amount of dough we got 26 small whites (I don’t know what to compare with). Many thanks to the author of the recipe!!

I tried to cook it and it was a great success! One inconvenience is that the dough takes a long time to make, but there is no escape from technology here. We have to put up with it.

I have been preparing dough using this recipe for several years now, and keep it in my bookmarks as the best one for whites and pies (pies with cabbage, potatoes and mushrooms). Everyone who tries it asks for this recipe urgently. The dough is amazing, working with it is just a blast!!! I knead not only in a bread maker, I throw all the ingredients into a planetary mixer, mix everything with a hook attachment and put it in a warm place for proofing, it turns out no worse than in a bread maker in all its modes.
