STEP 1
How to make belyashi in a bread machine with meat? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil.

Pour in milk and 50 ml of water. Turn on the “Kneading dough” mode, I have it for 1 hour 30 minutes. Important! Load products in the order specified in your bread maker. In mine, you first need to load bulk, and then liquid. Remember that all equipment works differently; focus specifically on the operating features of your bread machine.
STEP 6
After 2-3 minutes, add 150 ml of boiling water. This way we will brew the dough and it will remain soft for several days.
STEP 7
You should get a smooth bun like this during the kneading process; if the dough spreads a little on the bottom, you need to add a little flour, and if, on the contrary, it’s too tight, then add water.
STEP 8
While the bread machine is running, prepare the minced meat and 2 onions.
STEP 9
Peel the onion and chop finely. I also pour boiling water over the onions for 10-15 minutes, then drain the water. This removes the bitterness from the onion; you don’t have to do this if you wish. Add the onion to the minced meat, stir. Add salt and black pepper and stir again. At this stage you can add your favorite spices.
STEP 10
At the end of the program, we see that our dough has already risen. Turn on the “kneading dough” mode again for literally 1 minute.
STEP 11
That's all! Excellent, pliable and tasty dough for whites in a bread machine is ready. Divide it into small balls.
STEP 12
Knead the dough ball a little with your hands, place the minced meat in the center and form a white dough. Do this with the entire dough.

Cover the pieces with a towel and let them rise a little.
