If this were my recipe, I would also add vegetables, for example, tomatoes, mushrooms - they would not be superfluous. but I tried to follow the recipe - it turned out not bad, only 1 spoon of vinegar - it seemed like a lot to me, I added half. Moreover, pickled capers also provide their own acid. The cooking time instead of preparing vegetables is 20 minutes, no more.

when it comes to the opening of the barbecue season, all the talk is only about the choice of meat :) and vegetables are undeservedly forgotten. I also went for the original meat marinade. I’ll add more tomatoes and eggplants here, and after the vegetables I’ll fry pieces of bread brushed with the same olive oil marinade as the vegetables. yummy :))
