Awesome winter preparation for the whole family. I always roll up a few jars of beans in tomatoes for the winter. It is very convenient to cook borscht afterwards.

    Dilute tomato paste in a ratio of 1:3.

    Pour tomato sauce over the finished beans, add salt, and simmer for another 30-40 minutes. If you are satisfied with the taste of the preparation, pour it hot into small sterile jars, roll it up and place it “under a fur coat” until it cools completely. Can be stored at room temperature.

Beans in tomatoes for the winter is a very necessary and healthy recipe. It’s much more pleasant to open a jar of home-canned beans than store-bought ones. I have white beans, they cook faster than red ones. Yes, and soaking overnight reduces the cooking time. I usually freeze tomato paste in portions. In hot water it quickly thawed and dissolved. I also added vegetable seasoning and salt to the pan. I simmered for about 30 minutes, during which time the tomato sauce was reduced by half. The beans in tomato turned out very tasty! The beans themselves are soft, but they hold their shape. The preparation can be used to prepare a salad or simply served as a side dish.
