STEP 1
Wash the potatoes well. Wrap each tuber in foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 120 degrees until done. You can check the readiness of the potatoes by piercing them through the foil with a toothpick.
STEP 2
Chop the greens.
STEP 3
Finely chop the brisket.
STEP 4
Cut the potatoes in half. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the pulp so that you get boats.

Mash the pulp with a fork. Add sour cream and yolks.
STEP 6
Salt, pepper, add herbs and half the cheese grated on a fine grater.
