How to make a delicious dessert from baked pears in the oven with honey and nuts? Very quickly and not at all difficult! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Pears can be of any variety, but keep in mind that if the pears themselves are sweet, in combination with honey the dessert may seem cloying

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

If you have whole walnut halves, set aside 8 pieces and chop the rest with a knife. You can replace the walnuts with other nuts to taste. Pecans, hazelnuts, and pine nuts are perfect.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the pears, dry them and cut them in half. Using a noisette, carefully remove the seeds and some of the pulp, being careful not to damage the walls. If you don't have a noisette, you can replace it with a teaspoon or use a knife. Sprinkle the pears with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place 2 walnut halves folded together in the middle of each pear half. You can replace the walnuts with any other nuts to taste. Pecans, hazelnuts, and pine nuts work well.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Transfer the pears to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Pour honey over the pears, lightly sprinkle with ground cinnamon and the remaining chopped nuts. Place in an oven preheated to 180˚C for 25-30 minutes. The pears should be soft but retain their shape, and the nuts should be lightly caramelized.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Decorate the finished dessert with mint and serve immediately hot. You can complement the dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries. Bon appetit!

I found another recipe for a hot fruit dessert; lately I have fallen in love with such tasty treats. This time it's a pear. I have my own pears from the tree, a late variety, they are just ripe by this time. I cut out the pulp with a regular teaspoon; it turned out to be easy to do. I took flower honey, first poured a little into the cavity, then filled it with walnut halves, then more honey on top over the entire surface, and again with walnuts. I didn't use cinnamon. I probably would have eaten it all raw, but you have to try the end result! When I read that you need to bake a pear for about half an hour, I was even surprised, it seemed like it was too long. But my pear was baked for 25 minutes, no less. I watched how the color of the peel changed from the cut down. As soon as the whole color changed, I took the dessert out of the oven. I liked it both hot and slightly cooled. When hot, the sweetness of honey is better felt. In combination with nuts it’s simply wonderful. The pear gave a lot of juice, which was mixed with honey to create a delicious fragrant syrup. I like the dessert, the children refused to try it) Thank you for the new experience!

Mmm.. I prepared such a delicious dessert according to Maria’s recipe.. there are no words for how delicious it is: baked pear in the oven with honey and nuts. But such a dessert is also healthy, and that’s great! I cut the pears in half, cut out the centers with a knife, into which I placed the halves of the nuts. Lightly sprinkled with cinnamon, poured honey and sprinkled with chopped nuts. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°. The aroma was amazing, and the taste was simply wonderful! I will definitely cook again. Thanks to Maria for the delicious recipe!
