STEP 1

How to make a delicious dessert from baked pears in the oven with honey and nuts? Very quickly and not at all difficult! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Pears can be of any variety, but keep in mind that if the pears themselves are sweet, in combination with honey the dessert may seem cloying
STEP 2

If you have whole walnut halves, set aside 8 pieces and chop the rest with a knife. You can replace the walnuts with other nuts to taste. Pecans, hazelnuts, and pine nuts are perfect.
STEP 3

Wash the pears, dry them and cut them in half. Using a noisette, carefully remove the seeds and some of the pulp, being careful not to damage the walls. If you don't have a noisette, you can replace it with a teaspoon or use a knife. Sprinkle the pears with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
STEP 4

Place 2 walnut halves folded together in the middle of each pear half. You can replace the walnuts with any other nuts to taste. Pecans, hazelnuts, and pine nuts work well.
STEP 5

Transfer the pears to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Pour honey over the pears, lightly sprinkle with ground cinnamon and the remaining chopped nuts. Place in an oven preheated to 180˚C for 25-30 minutes. The pears should be soft but retain their shape, and the nuts should be lightly caramelized.
STEP 6

Decorate the finished dessert with mint and serve immediately hot. You can complement the dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries. Bon appetit!
