Baked pasta with ham

Long-familiar pasta in a new look - it’s very tasty! The dish turns out aromatic, tender and satisfying. I tried it before and after baking, it turns out equally delicious, so if you don’t have time, you can just mix everything and serve, the main thing is to mix it with hot pasta so that the whole mixture warms up and the cheese begins to melt. After baking, thanks to the cheese and bread crumbs, you get a crispy crust, but just don’t get too carried away during baking, don’t wait for a strong blush, otherwise you can dry out the casserole! Help yourself!

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Ingredients

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Boil pasta (it is better to take small sizes) in plenty of salted water until tender.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut the ham into small cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Grate the cheese (I used 2 types of cheese, but this is not necessary)

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cut off the crust from the pieces of loaf and grind it into crumbs using a food processor.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, chopped garlic, 3/4 grated cheese and all the ham, salt and pepper to taste.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add the boiled pasta and mix well. (In this form it already turns out very tasty and tender!)

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the mixture in a baking dish.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Sprinkle with a mixture of bread crumbs and remaining cheese.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 10-15 minutes, the top should be slightly browned.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Remove from the oven and ready to serve. We get a crispy crust on top, and inside there is pasta in a delicate creamy sauce! Bon appetit!

I think it should turn out to be a very tasty dish. I cooked about the same thing, only without the ham. Now I’ll definitely try it with ham. The vermicelli itself gets boring and you want something new, tasty and unusual. This recipe is very simple and quick to prepare. I would also recommend adding a little greenery to step number 6. Bon appetit))) I think you can’t help but like this dish!
